In case of illegal stay in the Republic of Poland, our company assists in the deportation procedure, we go to the Border Guard Department with our client for questioning and represent the foreigner in all explanatory matters. Our services also include the lifting of the ban on entry into the territory of the Republic of Poland after the end of half of the sentence specified in the decision of the border guards.
In case of illegal stay of a foreigner in the Republic of Poland, the border guard conducts interrogation and issues deportation documents requiring return to the country of origin. This document obliges a foreigner to leave country within 14 days.
In all cases related to deportation, the border guards set a ban on entry into the EU which varies from 6 months to 3 years depending on the offense committed by a foreigner.
